"Order delayed by a month, no updates..."
It's been nearly a month since I received a tracking number for my order, and it’s not functioning. I’ve attempted to reach out to the company, but I haven’t heard back yet.

"Great place for Korean beauty items"
I’m really pleased with my experience with this company. I got some face masks from them. The prices were excellent, and they shipped super fast. I’d surely shop with them again.

"Placed my order on July 3"
I placed my order on July 3, and I haven't gotten any updates since. As of today, July 15, my order is still missing. The tracking number is useless too. Customer service isn't willing to help until July 19, even though they took my payment on July 3.

"Awesome customer support"
Initially, I was not pleased with the customs fees, but the company reached out to me right away and issued a complete refund. I think it was just a mix-up between them and customs. They really cared, so thanks a bunch!

"Awesome business"
Awesome business, ordered on Saturday morning - shipped out the same day, got it 3 working days later, super impressed with how fast it was! Plus, everything was packed really well, those little glass bottles were in bubble wrap so they wouldn't shatter, and overall it was all packed nicely so nothing got harmed. Definitely recommend this well-organized company, thanks a bunch! :D

"Absolutely Adore It!"
Ever since I found this site, I can’t get enough. There’s a ton of K-Beauty to choose from, and the delivery is super quick. Plus, I really appreciate the variety of kits available, letting you sample different items before going for the full-size version! Totally recommend!

"Fantastic! Awesome shopping experience"
I made an order and paid for next day delivery, and it actually arrived! All the items were at such great prices, I can't complain! They were also super nice and included a bunch of samples with my order. I'm really pleased and will definitely shop here again. What a great experience!

I've shopped at K-beauty several times and never faced any issues; the delivery is speedy and the service is great. However, I do hope they expand their selection in skincare and makeup. Still, I'm giving them a solid 5 out of 5 because I believe they'll add more products down the line.

"Awesome Experience!"
I placed my order on Thursday evening and got my package today, which is Monday! Everything I ordered was included, and the packaging wasn’t overly wasteful. I’m for sure gonna order from this place again!

The stuff I ordered showed up right on schedule, plus they threw in some samples and a free tonymoly mask of my choice (what a deal)!
Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad allergic reaction to the item I got, but Cara was super nice and handled everything quickly, letting me send it back for a full refund.
Top-notch customer service and fantastic products. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

"Fantastic customer experience!"
Fantastic customer experience! I made my purchase on July 14th, and it showed up on July 20th. Living in Denmark, that’s quite speedy. Got a complimentary Tony Moly face mask along with some Lador hair care samples, and I’m super excited! Thanks a bunch! I’ll definitely shop here again, at least while it’s within the EU.

Awesome site with tons of options for South Korean beauty items, all the rage at the moment. Just placed my second order with them. The layout of the site is user-friendly, and the descriptions are straightforward. My order shipped out fast, and there were no hold-ups on delivery. Everything was well-packaged, and I’ll definitely be back for more. Fingers crossed that some of the out-of-stock items will be in stock next time.

Delivery was super fast, everything was packed well, and I received some awesome, top-notch samples. The woman I communicated with via email was incredibly nice and supportive. This has become my favorite place for Korean skincare, definitely recommend it.

"Amazing service and a delightful surprise..."
What a fantastic experience and customer support (and a little freebie included). There was a hiccup with the shipping, but I got my shipping fees back right away, and they tossed in a sheet mask and a serum sample in my order - What a TREAT!
